A journalist was interviewing the chairman of one big group of company , she asked what is the secret behind your success? he replied, "when i was young i asked my father,why should i study or learn?" my father took me to the vegetable garden behind our house. he showed me a green vegetable and said, " when it is growing it is fresh and greenish. the moment it stops growing further it ripens and then falls and rots, similarly when a man stop learning he ripens and rots" so learning is a lifetime process, fact is every moment of life is a process of learning

Once a person asked the owner of a small company,why do you train your people? what if they leave after getting trained?, the owner replied "what will happen if i don't train them and they stay
A student made a egoistic statement to the master " i want to learn more and more advanced things and become a genious".master said 'ok' but let us have a cup of tea, master got a cup of tea and started pouring tea over that and it was overflowing .student said,master, it is full and don't pour further" . master replied this is the case with your mind, it is already filled with ego, you can't accept further knowledge"
let us change the focus and start looking at the positive side of each pearson , incident,action and everything and learn something good
